Welcome to Purple Owl Pilates, a reformer Pilates studio nestled in the heart of Mono, Ontario. Our mission is to provide personalized Pilates experiences that empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals and enhance overall well-being.
Located at 207323 Highway 9, Mono, our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Merrithew V2Max Professional Reformers that appeal to a wide range of clients. These machines offer adaptability for individuals with injuries or limitations, ensuring a safe and effective workout. Our serene environment is designed to help you get strong and stay strong in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Meet Your Instructors

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our team is dedicated to supporting your unique fitness journey.

Bri Bull
Bri has been in the fitness industry for over three decades. Her teaching style includes elements of different exercise modalities such as resistance, yoga, functional & interval training. She believes that her clients have been the best teachers. Bri continues to pursue & expand her knowledge of the human body while believing its important to be the student, not just the teacher.

Emily Bruno
Emily’s passion for movement started at a young age, as she grew up training in all styles of dance. She currently teaches dance full-time, as well as, in 2021 attained her STOTT Pilates certification through Merrithew. Emily is certified in both Mat & Reformer. Her spark for Pilates grew from her love of teaching what challenges both the mind & body. Emily’s classes encourage coordination, core strength & functionality.

Dr. Lauren Ellens
Lauren is passionate about helping people get their bodies moving, as a means of healthy aging. She believes exercise should feel good & be enjoyable, pilates being the best of both! As both a student & teacher, she has been involved in the pilates community for a decade. Outside of the studio, she works locally as a Chiropractor, promoting health & wellness. In her personal time, you can find her on the soccer field, reading or planning her next travel adventure!

Alex Brackett
Alex has been a resident of Dufferin County since 2007 & has long held a passion for health & wellness. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist & certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, she brings a deep understanding of the body’s needs to her practice. Her Pilates journey began five years ago & with the encouragement of her mentor Bri, she pursued instructor training. Alex is STOTT Pilates certified through Merrithew & finds great joy in connecting & teaching our wonderful community.
