BRI BULL

Bri has been leading Group Fitness Classes for over 25 years, is a Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher specializing in Power Yoga for Sports. Bri uses her background in fitness, Yoga, Thai Yoga Therapy and Joga (Yoga For Jocks) in every session to balance strength and flexibility, practice breathing exercises for increased breath control and volume. Bri uses each session to help individuals, every day athletes and sports teams become more aware of them and helps turn weaknesses into strengths both on and off the matt.

LISA SANDLOS

Lisa Sandlos holds an MA in Dance and is a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) from the Laban Institute of Movement Studies and Université du Québec à Montréal. She is a long-standing faculty member of York University’s Department of Dance and the School of Kinesiology where she teaches Pilates, contemporary dance, somatic practice, and creative process. Also working through organizations such as the Ontario Arts Council’s Artists in Education program, the National Ballet of Canada’s Creating Dances, the Toronto District School Board’s Drama/Dance Project and the Royal Conservatory of Music’s Learning through the Arts, she has taught all ages and levels for over three decades. Sandlos is a PhD Candidate in the School of Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies at York University, where her current research focuses on dance education, public perceptions of dance, psychological and social development of girl dancers and community dance.

KATHY YARDLEY

Kathy is a registered Physiotherapist and rehab reformer instructor. She is a fitness enthusiast who uses Pilates to excel at the sports she loves including swimming, biking, running and tennis. She is certified in the Stott Pilates rehabilitation program. Kathy regularly uses Pilates as a pillar for her physiotherapy treatments. She is a true believer in active therapy and the power of movement as medicine. Kathy lives in Orangeville where she is raising her three young children. She hopes to continue her Pilates education and expand it over the next several years both in and out of the rehabilitation field.

MONICA PLEWES

Monica is a Pilates instructor with a special interest in rehabilitative exercise and corrective exercise therapy. She has been teaching Pilates for 20 years and is trained by Stott Pilates, BASI, and Power Pilates, and offers teacher training certification programs and workshops internationally. 

Monica is passionate about helping clients with injuries and chronic conditions gain strength so that they can move better and feel better, and resume the activities that make them happy. 

In her free time, Monica enjoys travelling, exercising, hiking, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
