The first half of the practice follows a flowing Vinyasa style to build warmth, improve circulation and connect breath with movement. The second half transitions into Yin postures, held for longer periods encouraging a deep release in the connective tissues, increase flexibility and promote relaxation. This class is designed to leave you feeling both energized and grounded.
