MEET US ON THE MAT

Mat Pilates

This Mat Pilates class connects your mind and body through dynamic movement. Using props & weights you will move through controlled and mindful sequences maintaining deep muscle engagement. You will leave this class feeling strong and connected with both your mind and body.

slow flow yoga

Slow Flow will help increase strength and flexibility in the body. You will leave this class feeling balanced between energy and ease. All levels welcome.

yin yan yoga

 The first half of the practice follows a flowing Vinyasa style to build warmth, improve circulation and connect breath with movement. The second half transitions into Yin postures, held for longer periods encouraging a deep release in the connective tissues, increase flexibility and promote relaxation. This class is designed to leave you feeling both energized and grounded.
