These sessions are intended to meet the individual needs and goals of each client regardless of age and skill level. We use top of the line equipment that provides the best experience for every body.

REHABILITATION

PILATES

These sessions are available to clients that have first been assessed by a Physiotherapist. We then work with your practitioner to build a tailored program based on your injuries and medical history as part of your comprehensive treatment plan.

YOGA

Bringing a balance of flexibility and strength into every posture, classes incorporate invigorating vinyasa flows with restorative stretches.

Each 75 minute class is designed to help bring the body into alignment for optimal performance in your sport and everyday life.

RESTORATIVE

YOGA

Restorative yoga classes offer a reprieve from high intensity exercise and sports through working out tight muscles and an unbalanced nervous systems. Longer holds with proper support help to release muscular tension while intentional breath work helps quiet a busy mind and reduce stress.
